Flight Inclusions:

Pick-up service from lodge/camp to launching site. Hot air balloon experience (45 minutes to 1 hour).

Fresh bush breakfast and champagne toast in the savannah.

Certificate of Achievement. Drop-off at airstrip or lodge/camp upon request.

Pre-Flight Briefing & Safety:

Briefing:  A mandatory safety briefing will be provided.

  Please follow all crew instructions.

Age, Weight & Medical Considerations: Minimum age: 5 years old and 1.2m (3.9ft) tall. Pregnant women, those with heart conditions, or severe back issues cannot fly. Please notify us of any medical concerns when booking. An additional 50% charge will be applied for an individual’s weighing over 120 Kgs.

Weather, Wind & Rescheduling the flight Conditions:

Weather-dependent Flight: If a flight is canceled for safety reasons, we’ll offer rescheduling on the next available flight or at one of our alternative locations: Seronera, Togoro, Kogatende, Ndutu, or Masai Mara

Wind Conditions: In rare cases, wind may require an alternate landing, causing potential delays. The company is not responsible for delays in connecting activities or transportation.

Pickup & Return:

Pickup: Guests will be picked up from the specified location (hotel/camp). Please provide driver details (name, mobile, vehicle number) at least 4 days in advance.

Post-Flight Return: After the flight, guests will be returned to the original pickup point or agreed location by your driver guide.

Liability Waiver: Hot air ballooning is an adventure sport. All guests must sign a waiver before flying. We take all precautions to minimize risks, but guests fly at their own risk.

Insurance: We provide coverage during the flight, but we recommend guests have personal insurance for adventure activities.

Hot Air Balloon Reservation Cancellation:

Cancellation Policy: 0-48 hours: 100% charge, 48 hours – 4 days: 33% charge, 5-14 days: 15% charge Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
