Bookings can be made any time of the year no matter how close to your travel date. However, in order to be secure and get the best of your travel accommodation and the appropriate travel facilities, we encourage you to book way ahead of time because rooms are scarce particularly during high season. The rash for last minute bookings for speculative price drops is dangerous and costly because of scarcity of accommodation places and attaining your right choices.
Most tour operators and hospitality facilities have insurance, but this may not be a complete travel insurance, we recommend the client to also have travel insurance cover, against medical evacuations in case of medical emergencies, curtailment of your trip due to unforeseen circumstances & loss of belongings. Insure proper insurance for your camera and video equipment.
The main currency in Kenya is the Shilling. However most other currencies including the US Dollar, British Pound, The Euro’s and other currencies are easily exchanged based in daily exchange rates and Banks rates.
Exchange of money can be done within your Hotel or Lodge cashier desks, using your Credit Cards and Debit Cards, pay pal, swift transfers etc.
Banks and Forex Bureau are also helpful in exchanging foreign currency.
Yes! You can easily modify or cancel your booking after confirmation. However, for the option of cancellation, given that we’re responsible company we are also obligated by the distribution and supply chains of which we prefer to maintain our good name.
Therefore, we encourage all our clients to carefully go through the cancellation requirements. Upon correctly cancelling we will refund your payments immediately. In any situation where you’re obliged to cancel please discuss it over with our sales team, so that all effort of helping you, in terms of speeding and smoothening the process can be enforced.

Local flights, hotel/Lodge accommodation and tour programs are already packaged and priced. However, in case a client wants to buy only portions of the package, then it can be done. The Itinerary will give you guidance.

There is absolutely none. Only costs of the respective safari packages have been included.
The costs include, either of the following, transfers, accommodation and meals, flights, road transport, Park/Sanctuary/Conservancy entrance fees, road/ferry tolls where applicable, flights where included, drinks in all-inclusive packages where necessary, flying packages and government taxes. Each package program is costed as per its Itinerary.
