The forest is recognized for its high biodiversity value with spectacular flora and fauna. The forest offers enormous recreation satisfactions for Dar es Salaam city dwellers and visitors. A day in this lush forest is an excellent way to escape the city for a few hours and immerse yourself in nature. Your driver will collect you from your hotel and drive you to Pugu Kazimzumbwi. The drive may take up to one hour depending on your pick-up point. Upon arrival you will be met with your forest guide who will escort you through your hike via one of the numerous hiking trails.
