Safari Vehicles.

East Africa, being a region with rugged land and with most of the Wildlife found in areas with rough roads, one requires a dependable Vehicle, well maintained and able to navigate through the terrain. Web tropical Holidays – Worldwide Tours and Travels uses either of the two the custom-build and specially modified 7 window seat Safari microbuses or the custom-build 4 Wheel Safari Land Cruiser. They are secured with sliding windows, a roof hatch and high ground clearance to optimize visibility for game viewing and photography. They are ideal for comfort and offer optimum enjoyment during safari.

Safari Driver/Guides.

One of the key component of a successful Safari is the experience and wildlife knowhow of the driver. We have experienced drivers, who are very conversant with the routes, the environmental conditions and situation, the animal trails, local attractions, game spotting abilities for both animals and birdlife and have resilience. They have high communication skills and are customer friendly.

Regular Departures/Safaris & Tours.

The company has a wide range of scheduled Safaris that departs daily, regularly or upon request. Other requests can be tailor made to suit your desires and needs and are based on a specific departing date, your flexibility and what you intend to see.

Speciality Interests and Physically Challenged People.

Safaris for people with special interest, those seeking relaxation, retirees, honeymooners, explorers, Project planners, Christians expeditions and groups as well as people who are challenged physically; are all organized to specification. These are either organised individually for individuals, families or groups.

Accommodation.

East Africa offers a wide and varied range of high quality accommodation and no matter how off the beaten track you may go, you will still find elegance, ambiance and top quality service. There are opulent private homesteads, luxury tented camps, Large game Lodges, 5 Star Boutique Beach Villas and Beach Hotels.

Our Company has a special choice of properties that provide quality and comfort for our clients in any environment they may find themselves in.

Hotels.

Both Kenya and Tanzania offer impressive range of excellent hotels to suit every lifestyle and taste, ranging from elegant boutique style 5 star hotels that cater to the top-notch traveller or business people, to the more affordable medium range family hotels. Meals are generally of high standards with others giving buffet lunches while others specialize in Ala carte menus. Most Hotels have contemporary architecture, air-conditioned rooms, colour television and excellent services.

Game Lodges.

Game Lodges are usually Luxurious and situated in vantage exciting surroundings, in or close to National Parks and Reserves. They are mostly build using natural local materials and are designed to blend harmoniously with their surroundings. The quality and comfort of Lodges vary with some offering modern day conveniences-glazed windows, air conditioning, satellite TV’s and minibars in every room. All Lodges have private en-suite facilities, while some have swimming pools and some overlook floodlit waterholes for superb nocturnal game viewing.

Luxury Tented Camps.

For the traveller looking for thrill and the real touch of Africa, a luxury tented camp is the in thing to do. Spend a few nights under canvas in a Luxury tented Camp. Most Safari Camps are located in areas within prime wildlife areas and offer an intimacy with the environment and bushy surroundings. They normally offer insect –proof tents provided with twin beds, fresh linen, hot and cold running water and flush toilets. Meals are fresh-cooked every day, wines are imported and they host professional guides.

Game Lookout Treehouse/Lodges.

These are commonly known as tree-hotels, being architectural master pieces, usually that stand high above the ground in a secluded forest glades; overlooking wildlife waterholes. They are all designed to offer a unique game viewing experience and to watch as wildlife visits the floodlit waterhole obliviously to the close proximity of fascinated visitors within the lodge.

Private Homestays and Game Sanctuaries.

Private ranch homesteads offer an entirely different characteristics to any other form of safari accommodation. A source of great joy to the safari-seeking visitor, the whole ethos centres around being a guest on a working game ranch. The visitor is hosted in a private home by the owner who hosts and becomes the guide. This form of accommodation is applicable in game ranches and farms to elegant beach or lakeside villas. The guest participates in game monitoring and conservation practices as well as interact with local communities.

Community Eco-Lodges.

Community Eco-tourism lodges are fast becoming the alternative safari experience in East Africa. Many large areas of previously unattended wilderness alongside working ranches were once the scourge of poachers, but are now havens for big game.

These areas provide safe migratory corridors between major wildlife reserves and great migratory herds of elephant have recently once again become accustomed to use these corridors as a matter of course. These small Lodges offer guests direct access to local indigenous tribal cultures and the chance to understand and be involved with community conservation. The Lodge local hosts provide all services for the camp attire in their colourful traditional dress. The natural friendly demeanour and knowledge of the bush are a highlight of any eco-lodge experience. The visitor experiences rural-living, livestock keeping, traditional hunting skills, rites, rituals and dances.
