Standard Option:

2 Nights Rwanda Gorilla Safari ( Standard) – departs from Kigali daily.

Day 1: Met at Kigali Airport and drive a short distance to Gisozi Genocide Memorial, a memorial to the one million people killed in the 1994 genocide in Rwanda. Proceed to Novotel for a buffet lunch then drive to Gorilla Mountain View Lodge. Overnight at GORILLA MOUNTAIN VIEW LODGE.

Day 2:  Early breakfast before driving to Park Headquarters for gorilla trekking formalities and briefing. Drive a short distance to the forest edge where you start trekking. Walking is quite steep but not overly strenuous.
Nothing can prepare you for the impact of encountering a full grown silverback gorilla, up to three times the size of a bulky man yet remarkeably peaceful and tolerant of human visistors. There are no. words to describe the hour you will spend with these gentle giants who share 97% of our genes. Return to the Lodge for lunch before driving to Kigali arriving in the evening. Overnight at NOVOTEL UMUBANO HOTEL

Day 3: After breakfast a short drive to Kigali Airport.

Day 1:  Overnight at Sabyinko Silverback Lodge
Day 2:  Overnight at Kigali Serena Lodge
Day 3:  Transfer to Kigali Airport.

Quotation to be issued upon Request and will include Gorilla Permit fees.

Note: No Children under15 years are allowed to get gorilla permits. 

Extra Costs will include:

AGENTS – IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

  • ENTRY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS.

Visitors must be in possession of a valid VISA (if applicable to your nationality) together with relevant health documentation, upon arrival to Kenya and Tanzania. Variation in regulation do apply according to nationality and country of origin. We recommend that you check such information and details with your nearest tourist office or diplomatic mission before travelling. Medical centres in your country of origin will provide the necessary professional medical advice on all relevant health requirements.

  • CUSTOMS ENTRY AND EXIT REGULATIONS.

Generally, personal effects such as Cameras, laptops, computers and film may be imported temporarily free of duty into Kenya and Tanzania. However a customs bond may be required for professional video equipment, sound recording instruments, radio communication equipment, musical instruments and souvenirs from other countries. This is to ensure that goods can be re-exported. Firearms need a special permit which must be obtained well in advance. Express baggage is strictly monitored by all airlines and charges for excess weight can be very high. Expect customs officials to inspect baggage on arrival and departure.

  • CURRENCY

The Kenyan currency in use is the Shilling. Currency control regulations restrict the export of local currency. There is no restriction however to the amount of foreign currency a visitor may import. Only authorized foreign exchange bureaus and banks are recommended to exchange foreign money. Kenya and Tanzania currencies are interchangeable. 

  • MEDICAL ADVICE.

Both Kenya and Tanzania enjoy a healthy, invigorating climate and visitors need feel no concern for their general health during the course of their stay. By far the biggest risk is Malaria, which is endemic in certain areas. Anti-Malaria medication should be taken according to the advice of your local medical practitioner. Visitors who require special medication should pack sufficient supplies in their hand luggage. Chemists and pharmacies are generally well stocked, however the names of some generic medication, can differ. Consult your medical practitioner for advices on alternative medication to take, as some mediaction is not readily available in smaller towns. Tap water is generally safe within Nairobi, and mineral water is available in most camps, lodges and hotels, throughout Kenya and Tanzania (In many purified drinking water is provided free). 

  • SECURITY

Visitors to the region should exercise the same care they would take whilst visiting any other destination worldwide. By keeping vigilant, visitors can reduce the risk of anything-untoward happening. We do advise our clients not to take expensive jewellery on holiday with them and to watch handbags, wallets, cameras and expensive mobile phones when walking in crowded places. Walking at night in unlit area is not advisable. We strongly recommend that all our visitors utilize safety deposit boxes when and where they are available for own peace of mind.

  • SUPPLEMENTS.

Supplement charges will be applied to all safari tours operating between 18th December, 2025 and 03rd January each year as well as over the East Weekend.

  • GENERAL OBSERVATION.

Web Tropical Worldwide – Tours and Travel Ltd bases its operations within selected hotels, lodges and tented camp accommodation and as such do not require any level of strenuous effort. Thus said, East Africa is, for the most part , developing region. It is therefore important to understand and accept that even the most meticulously planned safari or travel arrangements can go wrong and that conditions can dictate that there may be moments of discomfort and delay to your journey. Clients booking any of the arrangements in our tariff, implicitly accept the above and make any such booking subject to the booking conditions and general information within this tariff. It is our policy to constantly review the services of the handling agents, hotels, lodges and camps we use. We cannot however be held responsible for the results of delays and alternations other than in these circumstances outlined within our booking conditions.

  • SPECIAL NEEDS.

We will endeavour, whenever possible to meet any special needs that our clients may have. In the case of special dietary requirements, most hotels, lodges and camps within the region are prepared (given sufficient notice) to cater for these. For persons who are disabled in any way, we will do our best to cater for whatever needs may apply. We do require advance notification for any requirements so please ensure that we are made aware at the time of making the booking.

  • PRIVACY

The company, Web Tropical Holidays – Worldwide Tours and Travels Ltd respects visitors’ privacy and recognises that many of its clients may wish to take their Safaris and Holidays in utmost atmosphere of complete privacy and anonymity. If you require special privacy arrangements, please advice us well in advance. Thereafter we assure you that the appropriate privacy protection protocol will be put in place.

  1. TOUR COST INCLUDES.

The tour cost includes all details as listed within this tariff.


Accommodation – in first class hotels, game lodges, tented camps and private homesteads.

Meals – on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch & dinner) whilst on safari each day, except in main towns where the meal plan is specified in the tour plan.

Collection/Transfers – all tours start and end with the collection from and return to any centrally located hotel in Nairobi and north or south coast of Mombasa unless otherwise stated. Where air transportation is part of the itinerary transfer service between hotels and airports is included. 

Transportation by Air – Based upon scheduled internal air services and all known costs. Services in single or multi engine aircraft, inclusive of domestic airport departure taxes and service charges.

Guides – Services of qualified and caring English speaking driver/guides, some of whom speak other European languages. 

Taxes and Fees – All government taxes, hotel levies and service charges. Entrance fees to parks, reserves and museums.

  1. TOUR COST EXCLUDES.

 Porterage, gratuities to driver/guides, game rangers and local guides, incidentals tips to Hotel/Lodges, bar and 
waiting staff. All items of a personal nature such as laundry,  drinks, airport arrival and departure transfers and anyoptional excursions not indicated for in your itinerary of force.

  1.   PRICES. 

 All prices are correct at the time of going to press. However, these are subject to increase in cases of force majeure,Government Tax and Park Entry Fees increases and fuel surcharges. The correct price will be advised at the time of booking. Prices will also be quoted separately where Safaris run from one season into another.
